baby drogness head

this was originally a doodle, but I decided that I liked it.in one of my comics,
a drogness is a dragon that lives in lakes and other deposits of water that are really deep (like the famous loche ness...) well, this is a baby loche ness monster!
deepending on what kind of water and how much of it, a drogness can grow to be just over 600 meters long and 200 meters wide and the torso.
when a drogness is first born, it has small flipper-like claws that eventually grow into either a set of 20meter-wide fins(if they grow up in dense salt water,like the ocean) 1meter-long talons(in fresh water or swamps, such as marshes or underground, fresh water deposits) and other areas will get similar results in various sizes.
drogness live alone except during spawning seasons and during the following 8 month maturing of the young. in which case a male and female will take turns hunting for food for the other while the one that stayed behind to protect the young from other drogness who may have the intent to harm the young(often times because of events that occured before mating... I.E. : a male fighting another male for a female and loses may come after the young and kill them to get back at the victor.)after 8 months, the father leaves and the offspring are old enough to hunt but still must return to the nest for another 6 months before the mother can leave them as adult drogness.
